The elephants use their trunks to strip vegetation from branches and to pull grasses from the ground. The trunk also used for drinking water.Elephants suck water up into their trunk up to 14 litres at a time and then blow it to their mouths.Elephants also suck water to spray on their bodies during bathing. On the top of this watery coating skin, the elephants will then spray mud which dries and help them to repel insects and harmful rays of sun. Elephants also use trunk for greeting each other much like handshake.A raised trunk can be a warning or threat while a lowered trunk can be a sign of submission.

RHINOCEROUS
All those times I have been in the Wild I have observed the life of different animals including Rhinocerous,
Rhino is the second largest living land mammal after the Elephant. The Rhino skin is virtually hairless, except the edges of the ears. The skin is thick and soft but becomes extremely hard and durable after drying. The ears can spin to various angles or rotate in complete circle, each moving to a different direction. They often appear to be mutilated. The Rhino has two pointed ,tapering and uneven horns vertically projecting from the the nasal region and which curve gently backward, the front one is more prominent than the other. Rhino horns are not attached to the bony structure of the skull but are of fibrous texture growing out of the skin not like the other animal.Horns that break accidentally can grow again.Their social organization -Rhinos are invariably found in twos, often a mating pair but usually a cow and her calf. Occasionally ,a cow with two calves of different ages, a small family group that usually include a number of females with their young are spotted.Rhino appear to be monogamous ,couple tend to establish permanent relationships.

Warthogs are not territorial but instead occupy a home rang. Warthogs
live in groups called sounders. Females live in sounders with their
young and with other females. Females tend to stay in their natal groups
while males leave but stay within the home range. Young males
associate in bachelor groups but leave alone when they become adults. They have two shape tooth which are their weapon as well.

THE SMALL ANTELOPE
Dik-diks are monogamous. Conflicts between Dik -diks sometimes occur over territory, males from each territory dash at each other, stop a while, vigorously nod their heads and turn around. They will repeat this process increasing the distance each time until one stops. Males mark their territory with dung piles, and cover the female's dung with their own. Due to predator who are their enemies it is dangerous for them to explore looking for new partners, therefore couples spend approximately 70% of their life time together. Females are sexually mature at 6 months and males at 12 months. The female gestates for 169 to 174 days and bears a single offspring.
